We will be welcoming two teams from each State and Union Territory, with a maximum of 20 participants in one team. One team will perform one dance of 10 minutes in one category from each state as per the zone wise & state wise. The participants will have to perform in traditional attire with the accompaniment of the traditional instruments only. Performances on recorded track will not be entertained. All the performers of the selected team for the NTDF ’22 will have to mandatorily register themselves (Artist Registration and Travel Plan Registration both) on our website (cgtribalfest.cgculture.in).
In October, in Raipur, the average high-temperature is 30.5°C (86.9°F), and the average low-temperature is 20.5°C (68.9°F). The average heat index (a.k.a. 'felt air temperature', 'feels like'), that combines both air temperature and relative humidity, in October is estimated at 35.8°C (96.4°F).
There are cash prizes and mementos in all Two categories. 1st Prize is Rs. 5 Lac. , 2nd Prize is Rs. 3 Lac., 3rd Prize Rs. 2 Lac.

The National Teams will be provided to and fro from their State, accommodation during their stay in Raipur for the festival. Food (breakfast, lunch and dinner at the venue) and local transport.
The participants have to reach Raipur by 30th October, 2022 Evening.

This is a competition event where participants will compete in two categories in dance form .i.e 1.Tribal dance on the occasion of harvesting of crops, 2. Tribal dance on Traditional occasions and Rituals.

Only tribal dance group Zone nominated/sponsored by State Government and Union Territories will be entertained.
The venue will be Science College Ground, G.E. Road, Raipur.
The National Tribal Dance Festival will be held on 01, 02 and 03 November, 2022 in the capital city, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
Raipur is well connected by rail and air. The venue is approximately 20 kms from the airport and 5 kms from Railway Station.
A maximum number of 20 persons/State, Union Territories participate in one group.
Exhibition and sale counters of different Department and entrepreneur, shilp-gram, Book-fair food courts and a Fun fair will also be part of the event.
The participants must carry a valid ID proof (Aadhar, Pan card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, ID issued by the State Government or Government of India). Passport Size colour photographs (Front face), Authorization letter from the sponsoring State Government, Government of India or the concerned organization.
